Welcome back, heroes!
Today we’re closing down the late pledge page and we start locking all your orders, meaning you’ll have a limited time to make any last-minute change to your pledge, and a last chance to add any of the add-ons. 48 hours from now, all orders will automatically lock, and it won’t be possible to make any additional changes.
Addresses, on the other hand, will be locked only right before we start shipping, so if you’re moving, or you need to change that for any other reason, you’ve still got plenty of time.
General Progress
Book one of Secrets of the Golden Throne, including all the new rules, Kins, Cultures, Spell Lores, Bestiary, and setting details, is ready to be sent to editing. Much like we did for the Core Rules, as soon as the editing is done, we’ll upload it as an “Early Access” PDF on Backerkit as a special preview for all backers.
We’re also happy to announce that development of the second part of the supplement, covering the Secrets of the Golden Throne campaign, is proceeding well, and that we’re right on track for the planned release date.

Locking Orders Soon

Greetings heroes, and Happy New Year to all of you!
On the 31st of January we’ll start locking late pledges and backer’s orders.
This means that the 31st of January is the last day to make final updates to your order. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, shipping, and pre-orders.
Don’t worry, though, you’ll still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
Most of you have already answered their surveys, but if you haven’t, please do it now. If you fill out your BackerKit survey after the 31st of January, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed. Also, keep in mind that after that date, you won’t be able to select the split shipping option anymore, meaning that all your rewards will be sent to you in a single shipment together with the Secrets of the Golden Throne book if you haven’t chosen that particular add-on.

Very soon you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
If you'd like your physical rewards to be fulfilled with multiple shipments as soon as the books are available, rather than in a single shipment together with the Secrets of the Golden Throne book (i.e.: you want us to ship you the Against the Darkmaster Core Rules, PHB, and/or adventures before Secrets of the Golden Throne releases), please select the appropriate Split Shipping add-on, according to the region you live in. This will cover the extra shipping fees needed to get the books to you. If your region isn't covered in these add-ons, please send us a message and we'll figure out how to make this work on a case-by-case basis. If you don't select one of these add-ons, we'll send you all your rewards in a single shipment when Secrets of the Golden Throne releases (the standard option for this Kickstarter).
Please note that, even if you select the Split Shipping option, it will still take some time, according to the product type and shipping region, before we can start shipping your rewards, as our fulfillment centers will need to receive the books, sort your orders, and complete the other operations needed to ensure they'll get safely to their destination.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Valiant heroes, thanks to your efforts the veil surrounding the mystical land of Awallon has been parted!
A huge THANK YOU on behalf of us all, you're truly awesome, and without any doubt worthy keepers of the Secrets of the Golden Throne!
But now our gnomes have lots of work to do! After Kickstarter finishes processing everybody’s funding, we’ll send you a Backerkit survey to collect the information we need to fulfill your reward.
Meanwhile, we'll be busy working on the supplement, and we’ll keep you regularly updated on our progress, as usual.
