Hear ye, hear ye, brave heroes of the Golden Throne!

We’re back with a short, but hopefully welcome update, bringing good news for our EU and UK-based champions. 

We’ve just received word from our carrier: the inspection your rewards were undergoing is complete! 

With this unexpected hazard out of the way, the goods can finally sail towards our UK-based fulfillment center, and will reach their destination at the beginning of September. From there, the rewards will be swiftly dispatched to your homes, where they rightfully belong.

We must thank you again for your heroic support and your unfaltering patience. The Secrets of the Golden Throne are nearly within your grasp!

Shipping Hazards

Greetings, heroes of the Golden Throne!

While we're very happy to hear that most of you have already received their rewards, we must regrettable be bearers of some bad news. The shipment directed to our EU and UK backers has just been hit by yet another unexpected delay.

We've been informed by the carrier that the US Customs and Border Protection has put the cargo containing the books on hold for an inspection. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it, save waiting for CBP to finish their inspection, which may take a few weeks. Until then, the carrier won't be able to load the container onto the vessel.

This is obviously very frustrating, but we know that with your support we'll overcome even this final hazard on our path. We'll keep you posted on any further development, and do our best to make sure your rewards get to you as soon as possible once this is ordeal is over.

Hearken unto us, brave heroes of the Golden Throne, for the wheels of fate have turned, and your long-awaited treasures are on their way!

Our US fulfillment center has finished sorting your rewards, the shipping process has finally started, and the books are about to journey forth to their destined champions.

Backers residing in the US or Canada should receive their rewards in a matter of a few weeks. Our EU and UK backers, on the other hand, will have to wait a touch longer, as the books will have to travel to our UK-based fulfillment center first. Once they get there, however, they’ll be promptly shipped to their final destination.
As for our valiant backers dwelling in lands beyond, fear not, for your books too have begun their journey. Your wait may be a little longer, but our Pixies are flying as fast as they can to bring you your rewards.

Finally, once we’ve finished shipping your rewards, the physical edition of Secrets of the Golden Throne will be made available on our webstore for those who missed this Kickstarter.

Here at OEG we all poured our heart into this new Against the Darkmaster supplement, so we really hope you’ll all enjoy your books and your adventures through Awallon. As we speak, the tomes are being whisked away to our fulfillment centers, where they shall await their grand distribution. The wheels of destiny are turning, and soon, your rewards shall be within reach.

But heed this call, brave champions, for the time has come to lock in your shipping information.You'll receive an email from Backerkit asking you to confirm your shipping address. If nothing has changed since you answered your survey, you won't have to do anything. Just check that your address information is correct and you're good to go. If, on the other hand, you need to update your information, please notice that this is your last chance to do so!

Once our industrious gnomes have sorted out and prepared your rewards, they’ll be promptly dispatched to you, swifter than a Firemane!

Yet, we must speak of a minor delay for our esteemed backers across the seas. Those in Europe and the UK shall need to exercise a touch of patience, as the books must first journey from our US fulfillment center to a UK-based one. But have no fear, for we’ll try to minimize any possible delay, and we’ll keep you updated on the shipment progress.
