The Secrets of the Golden Throne books and the other rewards have safely arrived at our UK fulfillment center! After braving the tumultuous seas, they’re now in the capable hands of our industrious Gnomes, who are hard at work preparing each reward with the care it deserves.

Starting the week of November 4th, shipments for our EU and UK backers will begin, finally bringing the rewards you’ve been waiting for right at your doorsteps!

This has been a most perilous and surprising journey, but we’re almost there, at last!

Arrival at Last: EU & UK Rewards on the Final Stretch

The ship carrying your rewards for our EU and UK-based backers has finally reached its port of destination! After completing the regular customs procedures, your treasures will make their way to our UK fulfillment center, and from there, they’ll embark on the final leg of their journey to your homes. We apologize again for the unforeseen delays, but alas, the trials of international shipping were beyond our control.

Important Reminder: If you're in the EU or UK and have recently changed your address (or plan to), please contact us IMMEDIATELY at info [at] openendedgames [dot] com to avoid any further delays. We want to make sure your rewards reach you without any hiccups!

And for your friends who may have missed the Kickstarter? No worries! The regular distribution of Secrets of the Golden Throne will begin soon, and they’ll be able to snag their own printed copy directly from our webstore. Now’s the time to spread the word and rally even more heroes to the cause!

Crossing Tumultuous Seas

Gather around, noble heroes of the Golden Throne!

Today we come to you bearing both bad and good news.

Bad news first: our EU and UK-based champions have encountered yet another unforeseen obstacle. Just as the books were loaded and ready to sail towards their destination, the entire shipment was unexpectedly put on hold for an additional inspection, which delayed the process by several weeks. This is obviously very unusual, but there was nothing we could do save waiting for the agents to finish their job.

However, we bring you good news as well. The (second) inspection has been completed, and the books have been re-loaded onto their vessel, which finally set sail on 08/29 (this time we waited a few days to make sure it actually left the port before posting this update ^_^’). We expect it to reach its destination by the end of September, after which your rewards will be transferred to our UK fulfillment center and begin their final journey to your homes.

Thank you for standing by us through these trials, rest assured that we’re working hard to make sure this saga is brought to a fulfilling conclusion.

On a brighter note, we’re thrilled to announce that the Against the Darkmaster GM's Guide is nearly complete! This complement to the Player’s Handbook, covering the GM’s side and Bestiary of the Core Rules, will be available both as a Print-On-Demand (POD) and PDF on DrivethruRPG.
